He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, alongside advanced degrees in Information Technology (M.Sc.), Theology (Th.M.), and Christian Leadership (M.A.). With a unique blend of academic rigor, spiritual insight, and professional expertise, Dr. Eta stands at the intersection of technology, faith, and leadership development.

Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Specialist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Dr. Eta plays a critical role in protecting national digital infrastructure and ensuring operational resilience. He holds globally recognized certifications including CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), and brings a wealth of experience in IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity compliance.
